CHECK-IN
Check-ins are video responses that go over movement analysis, target weights and cueing recommendations for the following week, and answers to any questions or insights you have. Each check-in provides our athletes with clear goals, digestible instruction, and definitions of success for the next training week.

We offer a reduced membership to Tier One coaching for collegiate athletes. To qualify, you must be in an undergraduate program. Upon graduation & securing gainful employment, athletes are then switched to normal pricing. To inquire about current prices, please email sean@sinceretrainingsystems.com.

Referrals are how we typically find amazing athletes that are highly compatible with the team. Members who refer athletes our way will receive a free month of coaching.

If you are a current member (or friend) of Team Sincere, please reach out to a coach or our community manager for an invitation to join.

We never hold athletes to any contracts as we ultimately want what’s best for the lifter. Athletes who would like to cancel their membership for any reason should email sean@sinceretrainingsystems.com at least 24 hours prior to their next billing cycle.

As a team that offers primarily remote coaching, we do strive to connect with our athletes in-person as much as we can. We run Sincere Meet-Ups at least 1x per quarter in the general tri-state area. We also offer private training sessions to athletes who are able to visit the Albany area.
