30 minute call

(current athletes)

What we can accomplish:

  • Movement Coaching

  • Programming / Strategy Discussion

  • Live Check-In

Athlete Responsibilities:

  • Internet speeds must be sufficient enough to be productive.

  • Be prepared. This means:

  • Movement- warmed up, ready for RPE 6 or 7

  • Programming / Strategy- have questions / discussion points ready to go

  • Live check-in: send or have videos uploaded (and confirmed playable) before our session

  • Please be mindful of time for your teammates- often these calls are scheduled back to back, so 25 minutes in or so we should be on your last movement or question.

Policies:

  • Scheduling this call for movement coaching (or for a live check-in) will replace your actual check-in for the week.

  • Athletes may utilize one call every 2 weeks to ensure everyone has a fair and equitable opportunity to hop on these calls as well

  • Should athletes like to meet again within the 2 week grace period, a charge of $40 will be placed on their ZenPlanner acct.

 


60 minute call

(prospective athlete or mentorship)

  • Movement analysis

  • Programming

  • Powerlifting Theory

  • Cancel 24 hours before scheduled time and receive a full refund
